Her services will include Staff Training as follows:

1. CPR and First-Aid Training (Fee per person is $75.00) Facilities with groups minimum of 5 persons will be discounted.
2. A.L.F On-Site Employee Orientation/In-Service Trainings
3. “Assistance with Self-Administered Medications” – (Initial) 6 hours and 2 hours (Continuing Education)

FEES FOR TRAINING: Will be determined after numbers of employees and topics of training are provided.
